Delivery & installation

Where we deliver

We deliver across Australia. Some heavy, oversized, temperature-controlled and age-restricted items are limited to particular regions — any such limit is shown on the product page before you order.

Cost

• Ready-to-order goods: $12.00, free at $150.00 and above.
• Made-to-order goods: $18.00, free at $500.00 and above.
• Sourced items: $45.00, insured and signature-on-delivery.

Delivery outside metropolitan areas carries a location loading, calculated from your postcode and shown in the price breakdown before you pay. Nothing is added after checkout.

Timeframes

Every product page shows an estimated window for that item. Windows are estimates in business days from order confirmation, not guarantees. Where an order contains several items we quote against the longest window. If something will be materially later than estimated, we contact you.

Installation and build work

Installed and built work is scheduled with you after your order is confirmed, and your assigned crew confirms the date within one business day. You are responsible for providing safe access to the site. Where access, power or site conditions prevent the work proceeding on the agreed day, a return visit may be chargeable — we will always tell you before charging anything.

Problems with a delivery

Inspect goods on arrival. Report transit damage to care@benaiah.app within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
